Today's first two photos come to us from one of our Pasty Cam regulars, Marsha Galbraith, who so kindly sent me a link a few weeks ago, to a video clip of her daughter Amanda singing, O Holy Night. Marsha even set Amanda's music to a slideshow of previous Pasty.com photos. I was so moved by her voice and the accompanying photos, that I asked if we could share it as our Christmas gift to all of you out there in Pasty Land. The top photo is Amanda 'in the beginning' of her performing days, at about the 4th grade. Check out the snowman tights she's wearing... very festive and cute! The second photo is Amanda as she appears now, at 29, with her beautiful little family.

The last photo and greeting, comes to us from Z-Man and is the perfect scene to leave you with, as you click on this link to hear Amanda sing. Be sure to turn up your speakers: O Holy Night.

Edie and I would like to send along our Christmas greetings, too, with some smiles from the original pasty girl's girls. Our daughter Becky - who processed tons of Christmas pasty orders in years past - also has a couple of cuties of her own:

So exciting for us to have Amanda's voice being heard all over the world today, thanks to pastycam! Amanda hasn't seen this yet, but will when she comes to Christmas breakfast at 10:30 with her husband, 4 kids, and more of our family. Merry Christmas to all!

Amanda's rendition of Oh Holy Night gave me goose bumps and a lump in my throat. I get choked up when I hear beautiful music. What a God-given gift! Thank you Amanda, Marsha and Mary for sharing that gift with us.

Merry Christmas! I definitely agree with Annie. O Holy Night is also my favorite Christmas song and Amanda's voice was so good that I, too, had goosebumps. I also love it sung by Martina McBride and Clay Aiken. I will now add Amanda as one of my favorites to sing this song.

I recently found out that somebody I've known for quite some time out here in Minnesota is from Escanaba. Imagine all we had to talk about after finding this out. It's a small world.
