Today's review makes me think of all the sites we enjoy on our U.P. snowmobile vacations!

Looks like 3 people were awakened by my cat this morning! Congratulations mickill and RD. I agree FJL, that it should be with the question...but at 5:am? 'O yawn

What's wrong with the way the Early Bird is done now? It's fair, anyway, and that's what Charlie was after. So many people sat and waited for the pictures, not for the early bird, but because it's how we wanted to start our day. Charlie just added a little fun to it. I've already seen where it came on at 1 in the morning. Then he gave the winner the night owl award. That's his choice. Keeps us all on our toes. And it's what makes it fun.

I so remember the year where we got the record snowfall. Oh my gosh, we'd shovel in the morning and again in the evening, just to keep up. That was quite the year. Luckily, it hasn't happened again, lol!

Poor little Early Bird, created for fun but has turned into a shooting match. Maybe start calling it The Clay Pigeon?

Some people just want to start their day with the early bird. Nothing wrong with that. But signing in at 8:00 am on the dot every morning, where is the fun in doing that. Makes some toe's happy I guess...........

Actually, Bill woke me up to tell me the crock pot was not plugged in. I know I plugged it in because, for some reason, I always plug it in the top outlet. After I got in bed, I remember hearing something towards the kitchen. I was to tired to check. Then I heard someone walking.

I know this house is haunted. My mom loved boiled dinner. That is what I am making. Anyway.

Shirley, you did nothing wrong but express your opinion. Don't feel like a red-headed step-child. As for the early bird, come on folks, give Charlie a break, geez, people, don't you have better things to do? Like shovel snow, ski, snowmobile, take a nice sauna? :)

Hollidays, not being touchy or anything, but what's wrong about being a redhead might I ask? Had two redheaded sons and lots of others in all my family. And many ladies pay for red hair, just watch for them in any given crowd. Would rather that then the gazillions of bottle blonds. (An old hairstylist speaking here). Sorry but I've been told I'm allowed speak my piece more often now that I'm getting older. So "peace" and excuse my off-the-subject rant.:O>)

On the redhead comment, there's an old saying about being treated "like a redheaded stepchild", meaning to not be treated well. Not sure why that particular saying exists, but that's what Hollidays was referring to.
