Have been off lately taking care of Mum who just had a knee replacement so am catching up on past-e-mail...the picture of the big milk bottle the other day reminded me of a story to share...from Gamble Rogers...gentleman whose farm in Florida backed up to I-75 found one of his cows by the fence at highway about to deliver. He was attemting to help her when he discovered it to be a breach birth. Having a great deal of trouble when a little red convertible with New Jersey plates pulled up off the expressway and a young woman with short dark hair and horned rimmed glasses got out and asked if she could help him. He said he would be glad of help, so she climbed the fence and he told her to grab a leg and pull. After some time they were successful. He asked her if he could recompence her for her assistance and she said "Mr., I wouldn't take a nickle for that. Just tell me one thing....how fast was the little one going when he hit the big one?" Gamble told it heaps better, but you get the general idea! ;)
