Today's photos come from Peg Hardt and give us a look at the latest snow removal system in the Hardt household. It's a power shovel that looks to do quite a nifty job clearing off the deck, without any lifting or throwing of snow. But it's on the roof, where it becomes an outstanding tool. With the shovel being much lighter than a full size snowblower, it's the perfect gadget to help get the roof cleared off in record time. What will they think of next? :->

That little snowblower looks like the one Blii's friend downstate gave him before we moved up here. Needless to say Bill had to get a

What will they think of next? Put a polytarp down and every once in awhile go out there, pick it up and shake it towards the end of the deck.
