How many caterpillars do you see in today's Decade Review?

Although, there could be six or possibly seven caterpillars in the Review; who makes the cranes in the 2005 photo?? ;-)

Good Morning anyways!! Another hot, sultry day in SE Texas. Six weeks until the UP, and we can't wait......

By Cindy Pihlaja Russell (Gone2long) on Wednesday, June 10, 2009 - 07:23 am:

I'll guess Crandell makes the cranes????

By David (Dave) on Wednesday, June 10, 2009 - 07:33 am:

Could be Manitowoc Cranes.

By Dunerat (Dunerat) on Wednesday, June 10, 2009 - 09:32 am:

Brooke, your 2008 photo of Taylor made me do a double-take this morning, just like it did a year ago. Everything about Taylor in this photo looks almost identical to my son...the hair color, the way he's standing, the set of his shoulders, his hands, and the obvious fascination with tossing rocks into clear water. It's fun to see the resemblance.

By John W Anderson (Wd8rth) on Wednesday, June 10, 2009 - 09:33 am:

Or they can be P&H cranes.

By Martha Kirk (Misschiefie) on Wednesday, June 10, 2009 - 10:56 am:

I'm with you, Capt. Paul. I was sure, knowing Charlie, that this was a trick question and there had to be a Caterpillar tractor in there somewhere. Maybe we're trying too hard!

Dunerat, I did the same but it took a second to realize it was my kid. He has grown so much in the last year.

By Thomas Baird (Thomas) on Wednesday, June 10, 2009 - 04:27 pm:

All good pics.

By Ken ja Mimi from da UP (Kenjamimi) on Wednesday, June 10, 2009 - 11:00 pm:

I put 20 years in at Harnischfeger (P&H), in Escanaba. At the time we built the world's biggest roadable truck crane. The model 6250, a 250 ton capacity. There were many models, friction, hydraulic. Every once in a while I see one when we're traveling.
