Was it 1888?

Close, Bob, but not as cold as long as in '85

Good morning! It's going to be another nice (for winter) day here today. Hope they hurry and finish our siding before the next cold strike hits.

The Polar Bear Dive? No thank you.

Since I have to go to work, I have set my DVR to record the inauguration. It'll be on at work, but we don't really get to hear anything. One of our voting judges is going. She's very excited!

We are sitting here after watching the Inaugeration waiting for the parade. Our grandson will be in the parade. We of course are hoping to see him. The rest of the family is there too. Not a snowballs chance of seeing them .lol It is an important day in the USA. Theresa Colorado

My cousin Kay Seppala has been crowned this year's Hankooki Heikki for the Heikinpiv Festival: https://www.pasty.com/heikki/hankooki.html

She has a dance group for children called Kivajat who will travel to Finland this summer to perform. They could use some financial help for this endeavor. Kay also does lessons on both a 5 and 10 string kantele. For more info on her dance group and info about supporting their trip to Finland, check out this website: http://michiganfinnish.org/index.php?page=kivajat Go Kay! Go Kay! Woo hoo! That's my cousin!
