Time has a way of slipping in the front door and out the back before we even realize the visit is over. Each month we celebrate some of those folks who shared this journey through time with us, and you are welcome to include a special name of one you are remembering at the end of another month:

Our thanks to Paul Roberts, whose photos have graced the Pasty Cam for about a quarter of a century. I knew Paul when he was a high school camper at Gitche Gumee back in the 1900’s. My, how time flies!

I am remembering my husband, Steve Bashaw, who passed away
15 years ago this month. It is so hard to believe that it has been
this many years. He didn’t die in a rice paddy or jungle in Vietnam,
was a proud young Marine who followed orders and died years
later from a cancer that the government recognizes as caused by
the chemical defoliant Agent Orange. May God bless all who
served and died for their country.
