On this Christmas Eve we bring you a few scenes to wish peace to you, our visitors. And hopefully they will help calm your heart and soul for this Christmas Holiday season. We start with a beautiful shot of the sun peeking out from the few clouds in the blue sky. It’s not that often we see the sun or the skies so blue in the wintry months, like this shot from Diane Richard.
Stacey Flood shares her beautifully decorated Christmas Tree, saying how she loves to turn the lights down and just sit in the glow of the Christmas tree, so cozy! I myself enjoy doing the same this time of year, with some Christmas music softly playing... it’s perfect!
What a pretty scene from Nancy Haun’s neighborhood. That’s a reflection on her neighbor’s pond in the Skanee area. Interesting how the blue lights take over the reflection from the tree, with just a few of the red and white ones showing through at the top and bottom.
Our video today, is one of Diane Richard’s favorite Christmas decorations in the L’Anse area. From the comments Diane received when she posted the video, it seems like many folks in the area enjoy and look forward to this decoration each year. The tree itself is a beauty with branches spread out wide, but then with the glow of those red lights, it’s simply amazing! Merry Christmas Eve!

Beautiful, all of them. But Stacey's is my favorite. I love a beautifully decorated Christmas tree. When I get up in the morning it's still dark, and I turn the tree lights on so I can just relax. There's nothing better.
Hard to pick a favorite, but I’ll have to go with the first one because I’m a big fan of UP Blues! The third one is nice and very artsy. And a nice video too, but too short.

Hi Like Stacey and Deb S., I like sitting in the glow of the Christmas tree. It made me remember something I'd see my dad do when I visited my parents at Christmas. He had Alzheimer's, and in that state different is scary. So Mom or I would have the tree lights on, and when when we left the room he would turn them off--they were not normal to him.
Whether you are travelling or staying home, have a big gathering to go to or not, everyone have a nice Christmas Eve and a merry Christmas.

I really liked that little tree night light in the "Beautifully Decorated" photo. Second one down.
