It’s hard to believe we’re already through the first month of the year. We pause here, as is our long standing tradition and remember those who have gone on before us:

Remembering our parents Norman and Helen Pooley, Ed and Sophie Kuusisto, Aunt Lyle Pooley, our sister in law and dear friend Phyllis Kuusisto, Karen Kuusisto, Janet Trasti, Selma Kuusisto, Auntie Eva Lahti, our cousin Eva Kuusisto, our good buddy Nitz Kumpula, our nephews “The Chief” Churchill and Charlie Churchill, our sweet niece Rosie Churchill, Our niece Bailey Hartmann, our brother in law and friend Wayne Hartmann our sister and best friend Flo Hartmann and our dear sweet baby girls Annie and Molly Kuusisto. And our dear sweet friend, Jamie. We love and miss you all so much.

In memory of Bob Wright, an old friend and fellow
Jackson High school alumnus of my mom, Gloria
(Brooks) Laughlin. They were on the reunion
committee together for the class of 1946. Sadly,
they had to stop scheduling them because many
classmates were no longer healthy enough to
travel, and, of course, in some cases had passed
on.

Remembering my father who died this past December,
Victor Sneller from Ahmeek and my mom Mae
Stefanich from Calumet. Finally together again.
