This is the only type of snowman you'll be seeing around the Keweenaw right now, since the ground is bare and green. Those that put their lawn mowers away might want to rethink that choice for now.

Allan Hoffman took advantage of the lack of snow, to put up this giant "blow-UP" Snowman decoration. He sure is a friendly looking chap and quite dapper in his top hat and bright jacket, ready and waiting for Santa's arrival. I sure hope he enjoys his visit here in Lake Linden. At least this kind of snowman won't melt

Look at how green that lawn is! Indeed, a few more
days like this and Frosty gonna have to get the
mower out.

Are you sure you live in Michigan, Allan?;>
That's a neat snowman, by the way.

This looks like Christmas in Miami, FL.
Great pix...celebrating the season, no matter the weather.

Love the snowman and the fact that he's not made
of snow. I know my mom is just thrilled with this
December and the lack of snow. It makes for
cheaper fuel bills for her and that really helps
her. There is no snow here either. We're all
loving it. There was a Christmas parade in town
tonight and the Christmas train came through. The
town was completely packed with people for both.
That wouldn't happen if there was the cold temps
that usually start coming at this time of year.
Good for the town also.

...this shot could be a classic with some plastic pink lawn flamingos, in the middle of December, in da UP...

I like the Christmas lights behind Frosty.
