Monthly Room and Board Rates for 2002

• Semi-private room - $1,100.00
• Special arrangements are made for those residents who need SSI assistance.
• Upon special arrangement, a semi-private room may be converted to private - $2,050 (1 person).
• Room and board is payable in advance. Payment is due on day of admission.

Other Optional Services Available

• Beauty salon and barber shop
• In room cable TV and phone
• Transportation to appointments with physicians, dentist, etc.
• Room hold request will be accepted; the rate is $30 per day ($60 - private)

• 60 years of age or older
• Ambulatory - able to take care of basic needs; such as dressing, eating and walking (with walker if necessary). Wheel chair residents can be accommodated, if independent with wheel chair.
• A completed admissions form containing all resident health information and medical history.
• Medical report from family physician.
• Chest x-ray within the last 90 days.
• Name, address, and phone number(s) of person(s) to be notified in the event of emergency or other conditions and those responsible for payment of all residents charges.
