The falls are all running high for this time of year. #1 Canyon Falls with a little winter beginning to show - #2 Silver River Falls just outside L'Anse. I'm enjoying finding all the pretty places I was missing by not being in the UP the past 30 years, now that I've moved back.

Great pic's, I was just out at canyon falls two weeks ago doing some geocaching. Did not have enough daylight to get to the falls. These are one of my favorite falls in the area.

Last I heard, we're 11" above normal in rainfall so it makes sense that the falls are running high. Odd, what with much of the continent in drought.

Edgy photography???!!!Just beautiful!!!To think that all these years we've stayed in and near L'anse and I never have seen these falls! When we get back there, gotta get off our troll butts and take a look. Sometimes in life, you gotta get off the highway!!!!!!!!
