My mother graduated from HCH in l930, one aunt in l928, another in (?). I still have their yearbooks from HCH and it is wonderful to look at them. They were both very active in school theatre and sports. My mother was a cheerleader and was the first female to get the big "H" for her school sweater. The flappers had fun. My older brother and I grew up in Hancock. We both attended the elementary school of HCH for two years and then we moved from Hancock. I know my brother loved Hancock, was a hockey player even as a kid, and we both swam down at Hancock Beach walking the two miles(?) down the hill from Elm Street. It was a wonderful youth and we were lucky. HCH would have been our high school and I know we both wanted that. I still miss the place.

Hey, Chris (Grudnoski) Schneider, class of '83 here. Next year is (gulp!) 20 years for us. Does anyone know if anything is in the works yet?

By dave hainault on Monday, April 8, 2002 - 11:37 pm:

Just a quick hello, from Hayden, CO(just West of Steamboat Springs)to anyone from the class of '66. Been away for a very long time, but the Keweenaw never goes away! The snow is all gone, except on the mt, and the Spring flowers are beginning to brave the elements.
Would like to hear from anyone who remembers...anything; c'mon, I'm talking about the class of '66, here! Try me I just might even remember you, too! Be happy, wherever you are!

By sharonraasio}elenich.Indiana on Wednesday, January 23, 2002 - 02:11 pm:

Just wanted to let everyone from HCH's Class of 1991 know that some of us have "volunteered" to put something together called our "ten year reunion"!! No date has been set yet, but we're tentatively looking at July-August 2001. Details will be posted as they come and invites will be sent out!

By Heather Chism, Italy on Monday, March 19, 2001 - 10:54 am:

I graduated in the class of 1992 and next year will be our ten year reunion. I was wondering if anyone reading this knows anything about the reunion. Maybe when it will be or any info would be really great. I am stationed in Italy with my husband and would love to be able to make it home for the reunion. Thanks!!!

By Christy Moscheck Schultz on Tuesday, August 22, 2000 - 10:33 pm:

I went to HCH for 7th, 8th and 9th grade then we moved to New Hampshire, but I will always think of HCH as the "real" high school. The way it should have been with pep assemblies, a REAL high school rivalry (nothing compares to the Copper Bowl!!), school spirit and a beautiful old school, if the walls could talk. I have fond memories of HCH and the U.P. I hope to get back there some day soon.

By KATHY STOPEL LUEA----MI on Wednesday, June 7, 2000 - 05:18 pm:
