Just testing your awakedness

By Deb S. (Usedtobeayooper) on Thursday, January 19, 2012 - 08:00 am:

That would be 2000???

I love the starling picture!!

Have a great day today! Running behind! Have to be to work early!

By Pat & Glenda (Gormfrog) on Thursday, January 19, 2012 - 08:01 am:

In two weeks, we will face again the question of GROUND HOG DAY.
Someday, far in the future, without even noticing it, we might live our way into the answer.

By Steve Haagen (Radsrh) on Thursday, January 19, 2012 - 08:02 am:

2000

That was only a rumor

By Pat & Glenda (Gormfrog) on Thursday, January 19, 2012 - 08:03 am:

Why did our sleepy fingers type "3" instead of "e"

By Deb S. (Usedtobeayooper) on Thursday, January 19, 2012 - 08:04 am:

Gormfrog, I'm always hoping that the groundhog DOES see his shadow. That way we at least KNOW there's only 6 weeks of winter left, lol!

Now I must leave, lol!

By RD, Iowa (Rdiowa) on Thursday, January 19, 2012 - 08:06 am:

The boat in 2000 looks to me like the Ranger, not the Queen.
First Post
Your first Bird this year?

By Alex "UP-Goldwinger" (Alex) on Thursday, January 19, 2012 - 08:11 am:

I looked at today's review and suddenly had the urge for a Whopper.

By Janie T. (Bobbysgirl) on Thursday, January 19, 2012 - 08:12 am:

The Queen is not in any of these pictures. Go back to 1/19/2000 the caption says The Ranger.
Early Bird

By Alex "UP-Goldwinger" (Alex) on Thursday, January 19, 2012 - 08:51 am:

I too, almost answered the question this morning as 2000...and I would have been wrong. Good catch!

By Tom (Tom) on Thursday, January 19, 2012 - 08:52 am:

so the Queen isn't in any of the pictures????
Really tricky this morning.
Temp here in GB is zero.

By Steve Haagen (Radsrh) on Thursday, January 19, 2012 - 09:18 am:

That was a tricky question this morning, cold temps, no coffee yet, and fast scanning of the pics for the answer and that is what I come up with ;) I thought it was the queen docked in houghton after a quick scan through the years

By Shirley Waggoner (Shirlohio) on Thursday, January 19, 2012 - 10:37 am:

Gormfrog, is your 3rd post a riddle...and if anyone gets the answer right, is there a prize? Thought you might be in competion with Charlie.;) I think there's a groundhog on our property but I'm not about to go out and sit on the cold ground watching for him.

By Janie T. (Bobbysgirl) on Thursday, January 19, 2012 - 02:24 pm:

Looking forward to our up-coming winter snow storm moving in tonite/tomorrow. 7-9 in. of snow expected. Two things I remember about winter, 1) without winter, one could never truly appreciate Spring. And 2) my nephew said winter is a easy war to deal with after one has been to Afghanistan to fight war, in his case two times.

By Shirley Waggoner (Shirlohio) on Thursday, January 19, 2012 - 03:24 pm:

God bless your nephew, Janie!

By Capt. Paul (Eclogite) on Thursday, January 19, 2012 - 05:10 pm:

Sheesh, it looks like you guys all got hoodwinked this morning.... ;-)

By jbuck (Jbuck) on Thursday, January 19, 2012 - 05:50 pm:

Janie,

Your nephew is a wise man. He puts it all into perspective very quickly.

Please thank him for his service to our country!

By Capt. Paul (Eclogite) on Thursday, January 19, 2012 - 06:16 pm:

Indeed jbuck; we should all thank our government workers for their service to this great nation!!
