You seem to have developed quite a case of serious brevitas, Margaret ...:)

By Bob Gilreath (Bobg) on Monday, July 3, 2006 - 09:25 am:

this was in today's alumni newsletter at MTU.

could be the oppertunity some of you have been looking for to Come Home ;-)

-------------------------------------------------

I am an MTU alumnus who now manages an office for Technisource in Hancock. I have between 12 and 30 students working for me part-time and full-time (depending on the season). All of our work comes from Smiths Aerospace in Grand Rapids. During the school year, students work 15+ hours in addition to their normal school schedule. They gain experience, training, and some money in their pocket.

That said, we are looking to expand our office and hire 3 more full-time engineers: Hardware Technical Lead, Full-time Software Engineer, Software Technical Lead.

This is a great opportunity for those people who always wanted to move back to the area, but couldn't find a job to do so. Direct anyone to me.

Sounds like Pasty Fest was a huge sucess in spite of the weather. Takes more than a little rain to dampnen the spirits of you CC Yoopers.
