The end of the month sure seems to come quickly... and this month we have the end of summer, too. So in our long standing tradition, we pause on this last day of September to remember those folks who have gone to soon.
Lawrence “Buzzy” Butala Marlene Butala Gloria Codere Michael Ferguson Raymond “Ray Ray” Jacques Ethel Moyle Steven “Stosh” Peterson “Innocent victims of war in the current conflict, Servicemen & women and Frontline workers who have given their all”
All of us here at Pasty Central, wish to extend our deepest sympathies to those who have lost someone near and dear to them. We invite you to add the names of anyone you would like to remember on this page, too. Special thanks to Gina Hoffman for the beautiful sunrise from Rabbit Bay to reflect upon.

It is with great sorrow that I have to state the loss of my wonderful sister, Pamela Ross just 11 days ago Sept 20, 2026. She has meant so much to so many. A wonderful sister, aunt, mother, grandmother, wife and friend. We love you forever, Sis.

Hi David S., I'm sorry for your loss. I lost my brother Doug in 2021, so I know it is awful. I remember the following quote from another September 30:
Grief is like the ocean; it comes in waves, ebbing and flowing. Sometimes the water is calm, and sometimes it is overwhelming. All we can do is learn to swim. -Vicki Harrison
