Deb Simons has so many beautiful flowers growing in her Lake Linden garden, I just had to revisit her blooms this week again. I’m amazed at all the different array of colors sprouted around her yard, not to mention the work that goes into planting these beauties and of course the weeding that has to be done, too. Deb has Vibrant Orange, White/Pink and just plain pink Asiatic Lilies, along with a flower that Google said is a Blue Balloon, but I think my favorite today is the second photo, a Rosy Red Daylily. It just looks so fancy with the curled edges and that brilliant color. I love it! What a joy it is to have so much beauty in nature all around us each day.

These flowers are mostly still going with the
hydrangeas really coming along now too. Won't be
long for the cosmos either. I planted a lot of
hollyhock seeds last year, but only one has cone
up. It's sad to see so many flowers dying off
already. I swear summer just started.

Those are all so beautiful! I remember a wedding
reception a long time ago, they had Asiatic Lilies
on the tables, and they got passed around for
people to smell...the pollen stained some noses!

I love lilies, have a nice lily garden right in my
front yard, however, every summer right around full
bloom time, here comes the deer from across street
and good bye lilies. Can't really blame them and
after all, they were here first.
