If you’ve been following along for a time here on the Pasty Cam, you may already know that Judy Byykkonen loves being near Lake Superior. She takes her dogs there quite often to run and play, but sometimes Judy pauses and her pups are quite patient waiting for her to snap photos of the beauty of the Big Lake. She captures the splashes, sprays and splatters as the waves hit the shoreline rocks, making for amazingly, artistic pictures of the water stopped in mid-air. I bet her “girls” are just as mesmerized as Judy seems to be with the majestic antics of Lake Superior.

We have a lesson from Inspirich with ‘7 Facts About Lake Superior’. The lead-in says: “Lake Superior is the largest of the five Great Lakes of North America. It is bordered by Canada to the north and the United States to the south. It is also the third-largest freshwater lake in the world by surface area, after Lake Victoria in Africa and Lake Huron-Michigan in North America.”
