Adventures of Fritz... doesn’t that have a nice ring to it for a possible TV show, with Fritz the Keweenaw guide dog. I think it would be a big hit, maybe even an Oscar winning movie! I know one thing for sure, Fritz is a lucky pup to get out there exploring like he does, or maybe Jeff and Chris Dennis are the lucky ones, that Fritz takes them along with him. Today’s adventures include a secret spot in the Keweenaw with an amazing arch, a water side view of the Holy Protection Ukrainian Catholic Monastery, located on M-26, and a beautiful view from Bete Grise, with some geese getting ready to take flight.
The bottom photo Jeff snapped near Gay, of a doe and her fawn. That sure is a tiny baby there, couldn’t have been very old at all. Good to see it sticking close to mom there. If Fritz was along in the vehicle, I bet he was whining, wanting to go out there and play with his new-found friend.
Speaking of new-found friends, the Woodsy Introverts also spotted one in the Covington/Amasa area. This guy was a bit bigger though, a majestic Moose. They said it looked at them for a long time, but they didn’t want to get too close and scare him off.

Fritz has a way better life than I do! I'm jealous.
Nice bright set! Although I don’t think Fritz would make a good goose therapy dog. The geese are saying; “Just when we thought it was safe.”
