Holly Monette shares some photos of her hubby and granddaughter out feeding the deer in Bootjack. The two year old joins Grandpa in every aspect of the job at hand, from helping to drive the tractor, to filling the pails and dumping the feed in a line, as the deer begin coming in to enjoy the pellets they put out to help them make it through the frigid temperatures of winter here UP North.

We feed the deer around our farm, until the snow gets too deep and they head to deer yards in areas closer to the lake, where the snow isn’t quite so deep. Then folks like the Monette’s take over feeding them where they “yard up”, to help them survive the winter.

Check out how serious this little helper is about feeding the deer with Grandpa, as she walks along behind him with her smaller pail, dumping the feed just like Grandpa does. So adorable and helpful all at the same time.

THAT's how he becomes her HERO for the rest of her
little life.

My Grandpa did so much with me....and he's still
number one to this day.

That was so adorable. Omgosh. Reminds me
of one of our granddaughters at that age.
Grandpa could do no wrong. That was
definitely one of the cutest videos I've
