A visit to the Canyon Falls, located southeast of L’Anse, this time of year is magical. With the leaves blanketing the trails and coloring the surroundings, it’s like you’re in another world. I wonder how many of you saw my question on the Pasty Cam lead in page, asking if you could name the park with the Falls, before you clicked here and saw the photo titles? I asked that only because I couldn’t have named the park myself, but would have just said Canyon Falls Park. I had to look up the meaning of Tioga then and found that it is an Iroquois word, meaning "where it forks" or "swift current". Makes sense for this park and the falls area.

We join In The Keweenaw for a Fall Drone Tour around the Houghton and Hancock area. Sure wish the color lasted longer than it does. That’s why it’s so nice when folks take videos like this and share them.

Wonderful trip today. That drone video is simply AMAZING. The colors are so vivid. I did get dizzy a couple of times though, LOL. Based of the captioned dates that have not yet happened this year it must have been made last year I'm thinking. No matter though as it is fantastic.

The nicely shot video starts out rather cloudy and dull then all of a sudden..."Kaboom!"...the sun comes out and the entire landscape is ablaze. And do not forget to full-screen it, lest I smite thee.
