As you may have heard in recent days, this has been an unusually harsh winter in Upper Michigan (and all over the Midwest for that matter). Other hard years that we've covered included 2013 (with the Calumet track team) and 2014 with the ice creep along Keweenaw's shore. Thanks to Dorothy Jamison and Dennis Provost respectively for their memorable photos. MLive highlights tough winters in Michigan in today's video, to round out today's glimpse of life Up North.
