Looks like about half of the shots on this day over the past 19 years had signs of some kind. Interesting to see the change in relevance according to the season. And the video throws in a few more road signs for good measure, with a feel for a typical drive these days.

Hope your winter is going well. We're getting closer to two milestones here at Pasty Central: 20 years of a picture a day, and one million pasties shipped out of Calumet. Wonder which will come first?

In the first pic, if you were to take a right at that corner, was The Library bar located a few steps down from there? Haven't seen that intersection since 1971 but it sure looks familiar.

(Also, I'm hoping to be the lucky one ordering that One Millionth Pasty!)
