With the Christmas holiday almost here, the archives are filled with photos wishing everyone Christmas joys. Back in 2002, Dale Vajko was at Still Waters for their annual Christmas open house and a table filled with goodies. Looks like there were some busy bakers making such a delicious looking array of treats.

Then in 2005, we join Lisa and Charles Mills, along with their son, as they head to what was then, Antler Acres to pet some real live reindeer and possibly pick out a fresh cut tree. How fun that must have been to have your picture taken with a reindeer once you got there.

Barb Nelson Wenberg shared a vintage Christmas greeting card for the Shoebox Memory on this day in 2015. I love that some of the words are replaced with pictures making it a brain teaser, too. A couple of them really had me stumped for a short time.

We have a movie theater treat from 1948 for today's video. A reel that was shown before the movie began with Christmas greetings from Santa, the staff of the theater, and the manager, too!

Nice pix, although the first one put me into a sugar-coma. I was just about the age of that young man in the video when I received my first train set...looks like the same set, too.

Same here on train set except mine had the giraffe car and the helicopter car. I still have the set somewhere in a box.

Not sure how cheerful I'll be by Christmas. I think I've come down with the flu. I had the vaccine but read this year it's not as effective as usual. Hopefully it will help, at least a little.
