It was bound to happen... I've been receiving so many guest shots for the Pasty Cam, I seem to have lost the email which delivered this one. But I think it was from Bob Gemignani, and I think it's over Torch Lake, somewhere out along Bootjack Road.

If anyone knows more about this picture, please enlighten me. In trying to track this one down, I discovered several neat sunset shots which had been set aside, from other Pasty Cam watchers. Perhaps during July we can catch up on some of these beauties.

Stay tuned :o)

What a problem you have Charlie, too many great sunset pictures! I for one hope that this problem continues as I love them all. After a stressful day I always look foreward to the Pasty-Cam.

I have to say thank you for sharing some of the most beautiful pictures I have ever seen...they sometimes bring tears to my eyes and bring back lots of memories from my childhood..thanks again!

Yes, Stella, and the comments and camaradarie of all these wonderful folk also bring tears to my eyes now and then. And I guess it is the memories we all share of our childhoods in the UP that makes this site so touching.

I long for Lake Superior this time of year because it is so hot and dry here on the high plains. Thanks. I bring favorite pics up on my school room monitor for "West-Texan" kids to see what real scenery looks like.

Yup...that picture is from my dad (Robert Gemignani) down at the Bootjack. If you need his email drop me a line!
