The Still Waters staff was well represented at this morning's walk for Alzheimer's research in Houghton. It started at the Super 8, where this team picture was captured, and travelled along the waterfront to Chutes and Ladders at the other end of town.... and then back again.

Our group raised quite a bit in donations toward the effort, and looked sharp in the new Still Waters t-shirts ("Where the employees care"). Becky, of course, wore an "I Love Pasties" shirt... she's the voice you often here on the other end of the toll-free line when you phone in pasty orders. And she's also the grown-up version of the little girl I talked about in yesterday's Cam Notes.

For more information on the Alzheimer's Association in the UP, see their website.

Thank you all for caring. To me Alzheimer's is the most terrible, pathetic and devasting disease that can happen to a person.
