Like them all except the poor Mesquite's sinking....that's sad!

2008...we were there in December that year. My dad
passed away that year. Worst day of my life. And
the weather was just what you'd expect when you lost
somebody you love, exactly like the 2008 picture
here. What an awful December that was, in more ways
than one. The weather was certainly not the worst of
it. I remember it like it was yesterday. You learn
to live with it, but the hurting and missing never
completely goes away. Miss you dad...so very much!

Now that I got through the rest of the slideshow,
through tear filled eyes, after the 2008 photo, Dan's
Lake Superior Ice is spectacular!
