Following our end of the month tradition here on the Pasty Cam pages, we pause with a beautiful sunset photo, as we reflect on the lives of those that have gone on before us. Today we remember:

I memory of Jay Lutey, a lifelong friend, who passed away much to soon. A fine product of the U.P. mining engineer tradition.

Remembering family members who have gone on before me.

Have to remember Gates Brown, and the fine contribution he made to our 1968 World Champion Detroit Tigers.

Thank you, Sally, for the beautiful scene to gaze upon while remembering my husband, and all loved ones who are no longer with us.

Remembering our son who saw his last sunset on September 5,
2010 in Afghanistan. He shared many beautiful U.P. sunsets with
the family while home on leave in August.

Our oldest son just got married, on Friday, Sept 20, 2013. Their wedding brought a flood of memories of both of my parents, all four of my grandparents, my godparents, all of my aunts and uncles and their spouses, all of which departed over the years. I miss them all, especially my parents. It would have been so cool if the wedding could have been a big reunion, and to mee our new daughter-in-law.
