Last week I believe the Mining Gazette published a link for the local Nation Guards unit . It said that they had a guest book you could sign.
My friends daughter is being deployed next week.
Does anyone remember the URL link?
Thanks,

HAPPY GROUNDHOG DAY
Our local Whistle Pig could not see his shadow in the drizzle that greeted us this morning..
Hope rain will clear out for the purification celebrations tonight, fireworks, and of course the burning of the Christmas trees that we have saved & collected. (Look to the south around 7:30 PM, should see a definite orange-pink glow)
BBQ ("ground hog"), Chili, hot cider, will add some warmth.
Pity the poor grandkids who can't believe they had to go to school today.
Wherever/however you celebrate, just HAVE FUN

6 more weeks of winter. would like to have a link to get a

If 'he' sees his shadow or not, it's 6 one way, and a half dozen the other way, 'eh? Sun didn't shine much in Cornell, but the temp. was up to 48° though. Darn turkeys are back poopin' all over the place again.

Shoot'em, roast'em, eat'em.
Looks like most folks are out watching Phil and brothers looking for their shadow, huh?
