Easter week photos wouldn't be complete without some egg hunt shots and thanks to Kassy Kallio Beaudoin we have a few to wrap things up for the week. Kassy's family gathered at their Grandma's with several cousins to enjoy an outdoor hunt, minus any snow in sight. Add in sunshine and green grass and you start to think these photos can't be taken in the Copper Country, but they are. The kids sure seem to be enjoying themselves running all about, looking for colorful eggs that were hidden in all sorts of places. After they were done with the egg hunt, the older ones enjoyed some antics on the trampoline. Good way to wear off some of that energy, fueled by too much sugar from all the Easter candy. Looks like they're having a blast!

Side note: No snow in sight for these photos, but from what I understand, folks in the central and eastern portion of the U.P., were bombarded with some snow on Thursday. The Keweenaw was lucky enough to just get a dusting, that really didn't stick to the ground. So, do April SNOW showers, bring May flowers, too?

I remember making a trail of clues for our two boys that led them around the house upstairs and down and finally to their Easter baskets. What fun.

CCHS is up to .08 gain each day, the Denison folks are voting at .05 - it will be close, I'll post again on Monday when the report is updated.

Love the pictures today. We had an egg hunt outside, also. It was such a beautiful day. Hard to believe in MN too. I can't remember such a beautiful Easter day.

We've passed the point where the leader was on March 11 (2.34% to 1.08%)so you can see how hard they're trying to win, too! Not bad for a month's voting. I'm all for a "Power of Pasty" t-shirt XXLong for me. I'd gotten a "Power of Chocolate" print for my sister - "Power of Pasty" for me would be good. When are they coming out, Charlie?

Lvcamnotes, we all want it, we'll see who wants it most, I've asked my friends and relations out in the cold cruel to help - some admit they have...I did put in imaginary numbers the other day and it's like you said - then we picked up more voters and so did they! I think we'll all be trying to the end. Fun, fun, fun.
