Dean - probably they will update snowfall in the Keweenaw when we have some! Warm and sunny again today.

Dean...this may help, although the Keweenaw area is not very clear. Select period: "Current Snow Depth" and then region: "Michigan".

on the way to mt pleasant this morning, passed a
a victim skunk on the road in montcalm county
and smelled another in isabella county. seems
pretty early for skunk road kill -- always
equated skunks with spring. sorry to dampen

a m hill -- I thought I smelled skunk the other day myself and thought it was a little early for that too.

Seems there may be other species that might be returning a little early. Saturday morning when I let my dog out, I heard a mourning dove.

That's so funny that you mention smelling skunks this week, as my friend and I were taking our usual "Sunday morning after church" walk around Lake Linden, we smelled skunk, too and thought the very same thing....kind of early for that! :->
