In today's decade review, what are the 3 years that have 4 legged creatures?

By Marianne Y (Marianne) on Wednesday, January 13, 2010 - 06:21 am:

2000, 2002, 2007 - Good Morning!

Is there any creature in the 2000 photo?

WAY TO GO MARIANNE! CONGRATS ON YOUR BIRD!

By Marianne Y (Marianne) on Wednesday, January 13, 2010 - 06:38 am:

Sorry about the first answer. I didn't have the lights on, and at the time I thought I saw a bear in the shadows in the photo of 2000. There are some gorgeous photos in this decade in review. Thank you. Thank you, Uncle Chuck! :-)

Marianne...no apologies necessary. I have been seeing things lately as well :)

By Theresa R. Brunk (Trb0013) on Wednesday, January 13, 2010 - 09:37 am:

I thought I saw a bird or something in that 2000 picture and then I realized it was a coffee splash (spot) on my computer screen. lol

Congrats Marianne, I may be moving to Michigan sooner than June First, as my landlord is in forecloser and my lease is Void.

By E. Neil Harri (Ilmayksi) on Wednesday, January 13, 2010 - 02:44 pm:

The DNR is requesting reports of any wolf sighings or tracks from Houghton or Keweenaw counties for the annual wolf survey.
You can call in reports to Brad Johnson at the Baraga DNR at 906-353-6651 or email at Johnsonb@michigan.gov.

By Thomas Baird (Thomas) on Wednesday, January 13, 2010 - 03:00 pm:

Good, great, wonderful, especially the Winter scenes.

By Marianne Y (Marianne) on Wednesday, January 13, 2010 - 05:00 pm:

Neil, your DNR request on wolf sightings or tracks brings to mind the question on the possibility of cougar sightings or tracks, as in would they be of interest to the DNR, as well? (I ask this knowing that the DNR has finally admitted to cougar tracks, etc, over near Marquette, etc?)

Thank you, Theresa! LOL on your coffee/bird splash on your computer screen. That's pretty scary, having your lease Void because of foreclosure on your landlord. Do you have a move out date, or something? Take care! :-)

By E. Neil Harri (Ilmayksi) on Wednesday, January 13, 2010 - 11:04 pm:

Marianne, That type of info would always welcome.
The wolf data is time sensitive as the wolf count
takes place now until mid march.
