Judy Byykkonen and her friend Sharon recently took their grandkids out to show them the winter sport of kicksledding with their four-legged friends helping out, too. Judy said both kids did great and they sure look like they enjoyed the new sport, along with the snacks in the last photo. Zelda, Judy’s pup looks like she enjoys all the outdoor activity, too and it’s a great way to keep her in shape during the winter months. I recall Judy saying she needs plenty of activity to tire her out, so I bet she was ready for an evening of rest after this. I’m not sure what the temperature was on this day, but the sunshine sure was a welcome sight and it looks like it was a calm, windless day, so a great day to be out enjoying winter activities.

If you’re unfamiliar with kicksledding, it can be done without a dog pulling, also, you just kick off with one foot as the other is on one of the runners. We join Alpha Whiskey Adventures for some kicksledding at the park.

Beautiful pics!! Great video too! Finnigan could
hear the video and the gentleman talking to the
dog. He jumped on my lap & on my laptop to take a
look!! We watched it together, no joke.

Finn will watch tv as well. He knows the sounds
of certain commercials that have dogs in them and
no matter where he's at in our house he'll come
running to the tv to watch them. I've never had a
dog that watches tv before. He loves the Dog
Whisperer, he'll watch the whole show right in
front of the tv. Vicki gets mad if he's too crazy
and jumps up to the flat screen. He's scratched
the cabinet beneath the flat screen and has
basically ruined it... she's not happy. I never
liked the cabinet and I don't stop Finn when he
does it, so I guess you could say... we both get
put in the doghouse. lol Now if he knocks the
screen over... well that just means we go up in
size when buying a new one!! :=))

Nice set! UC...has Finn seen the Stroh's commercial
yet?

Great pictures! Judy sure takes advantage
