We wrapped up last week on Beth Jukuri’s rural mail route and we’re starting this week on a ride-along, too. She takes a tour every work day and even though it’s on the same roads, Beth manages to see different things most days and is on the alert with her camera by her side. Today’s collection of photos, include beauty and the beasts, too, with horses, cows, chickens and a flock of geese hanging out in the water. You know when the geese start gathering in larger flocks like this, it means they are heading south, which is what our nice summer weather is doing, too...heading south for the winter. I’m still hoping that we’ll get some of those warm September days that often come around once the kids are back in school.
