When Jean Dessellier spotted the moon Sunday night, she grabbed her camera and started snapping. She shares these three photos with us today of the Supermoon. It actually was completely full the next evening on Monday. NASA says it’s most widely used name is Worm Moon, but is also known as the Lenten Moon, Crow Moon, Crust Moon, Sap Moon and Sugar Moon. NASA goes on to say that a Supermoon is when the moon is closest to the Earth in its elliptical orbit, which makes the moon appear brighter and larger than usual. About 7% larger than the average full moon. According to the Old Farmer’s Almanac, this is the first Supermoon in 2020 and there will be two more, one in April and one in May.

Amaze Lab has more information in today’s video about this Supermoon/Worm Moon.

I think I can see "The Man".

Here's a peek at the far side on the moon.
Far Side of the Moon.

Two weeks ago I thought I pulled a back muscle. Today I was told I have a herniated disk, but they think there's an 80% chance it will resolve in 6 to 8 weeks with just physical therapy. Here's hoping.

Good luck D.A., physical therapy is the way to go if you can do it.

Thanks guys.

I hate to imagine that I'll need to give up on one of my retirement dreams of riding my brand new ATV around the UP trails.
