Today we have a mother/daughter team sharing fall photos with us. If you're a regular visitor here on the Pasty Cam, then the name Brita Haapala is a familiar one and now her daughter Claire joins us with her photography skills, too. Like mother, like daughter I think we can say.

The first three shots were snapped by Claire, who did a wonderful job of capturing the fun and laughter of the kids as they enjoyed the fallen leaves, along with the girls lining up their find of acorn tops. In her third shot, she managed to snap up the happiness her brother is feeling with finding the perfect pumpkin for this year's carving fun. Great job, Claire!

The last three photos were taken by Brita, showing the color covering the sides of the road with the leaves that have fallen and still the ones that were hanging on the branches down the road. Brita's last two scenes were taken at Seneca Lake here in the Keweenaw, depicting a great moment when her littlest daughter seemed to be mesmerized by the beauty surrounding her and the lake, at the end of their picnic there. Then of course she realizes Mom is right there behind her snapping pictures and gives her a goofy grin. What a little cutie in the midst of the Keweenaw beauty!

The second shot looks like Hershey's Kisses on a log, which at first I thought was a Keweenaw/Halloween traditional-thing.
