All rooms are pet free and non-smoking, cozy and clean. Rooms come with a coffee pot (with in-room coffee), microwave, refrigerator, alarm clocks, and cable TV. Free wireless internet is available to guests. Should you want to enjoy a "private" sauna and hot tub, that is available at a rate of $15 / person per hour. We provide the extra towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Two rooms or more 7 days notice is needed

One room for 4 nights or more 7 days notice is needed

One room for 3 nights or less 3 days notice is needed

With less than the required cancellation notice, your credit card may be charged for one nights stay for each night reserved.

Payment is required at time of check-in. You are required to pay for the total number of nights you have reserved. Payments may be made with Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. Sorry we do not accept checks.

Advanced Reservations: Advanced reservations (30 days prior to stay) require a half-down non refundable deposit and a 30 day cancellation notice. The balance for the reservation is due upon check-in. You are responsible to pay for the total number of nights you have reserved. With less the required cancellation notice your credit card may be charged for the total balance due for the total number of nights reserved for each unit.

We have no control over the weather, personal plans, and/or misfortunes, thus, these are not sufficient reasons for a refund. Sorry there are no refunds for an early departure.
