 2 Bedrooms - main room has 1 double bed, dresser and 1 alarm clock.

2nd bedroom has a double bed with twin bed topper, dresser & Chair

(Bed linens provided)

Kitchen - fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, utensils & knives.

Full size refrigerator & Stove a coffeemaker ,microwave & toaster.

Bathroom - large with standup shower (No Towels provided), sink, & toilet

Living Area -pullout, recliner, 1 wall hung satellite T.V.

2nd bedroom

Rates (Effective 2009) 4 people occupancy (6 people maximum)

• $729.00 per week (Sat. to Sat.)
• $109.00 per night.
• $10.00 per night for each additional adult (Children 12 & under stay free)
• $25.00 pet charge per stay

*Note 9% sales tax will be added to rate. Key deposit may be required.

June 15th to October 15th Summer Rates (per week only). Typically reservation made by the week only. Weekly rentals rates start from Saturday to Saturday.

However, exception will be made only if 7 days prior to check in the unit is not already reserved.
