If you're out and about in the Keweenaw, let me recommend lunch or dinner in Lac La Belle, at the Beer Belly Bar and Restaurant. We had lunch there yesterday and it was delicious! Nice thick, homemade pea soup, barbecue pork on a kaiser roll and sweet potato fries...YUM!!
Thought of and talked about you while there, Uncle Chuck! ;-)

Now Im really jealous Mary, missing Bear Belly and Lake Medora and the rest of the C.C., like I said on Cam Notes, I've got to plan my next trip U.P..

Troy and Cathy and the gang are fantastic people and they do a terrific job with the lodging and meals at the Bear Belly Bar & Grill, not to mention the beautiful surroundings! I just might have to plan a business trip for Sept. and buy you lunch there! lol Hope you have an enjoyable trip!

Uncle Chuck sounds good by me.The folks there sure sound nice. I'd have to check with them if you would be a jovial lunch companion. It always sounds like you and your friends have a good visit whenever you are there. I originaly had the impression that your bunch were the "Second Week in Deer Camp" kind ;o>) Always enjoyed that tape. Maybe we'll run into each other from the 18th thru the 24th. Do you suppose Mary would join us?

Kay, the deer camp is fun, but we're actually pretty good guys, ask Mary, lol... and yes Mary would certainly have to join us! I'll have to see if Marty can get away at that time to come with me, he's the head police dispatcher in White Lake and usually saves his time for November but you never know. The hospitals/Homecare dealers can see me anytime since I cover the whole state. Sept. is a great time to be there. If we can't join you, I hope you have a great time.

Capt. Paul, sorry I missed you and the DR. this trip, hope you both enjoy yourselves!
