According to info found on the main Pasty Cam page, when will dinner be served tomorrow at the Harbor Haus?

By RD, Iowa (Rdiowa) on Saturday, October 11, 2008 - 09:14 am:

Probably NEVER. Today is the last day of the season.

By Shirley Waggoner (Shirlohio) on Saturday, October 11, 2008 - 09:17 am:

Dinner will be served from 4:30 to 9:00pm at Harbor Haus.

The key word was 'tomorrow'.

Today is the last day you can enjoy a meal at the Harbor Haus for this year.

I roasted a whole chicken yesterday and I have a roast in the oven right now and later today I am going to make some cheezy, biscuit doggies. :O)) Tomorrow we want to take a ride to Oscoda to say,'HI' to some friends and maybe go up to Mackinaw City.:O))

What a week...
There is no force more potent in the modern world than stupidity fueled by greed..

By Cindy Pihlaja Russell (Gone2long) on Saturday, October 11, 2008 - 02:01 pm:

Stupidity fueled by greed...you must be referring to our very own government??? Or it could easily be greed fueled by stupidity....either way. Sigh....it's hard to believe other countries want to be like us when they grow up.

True, but greed in the hands of the intelligent is much more scary.

Good afternoon everyone. 62 degrees, sunny, some wind here in Houghton. Was outside on the John Deere mower cutting grass and mulching leaves, good day for it.

To celebrate our mom's 80th birthday, our family (my sibs, most
spouses, Mom's sister and her husband, and a few cousins) took
her back to the Copper Country for a nostalgic visit. For our
farewell dinner we ate at the Harbor Haus on a cold, clear, starlit
October evening. This was just before they closed for the season.
As we were eating, a full moon rose above the big lake. The caring
staff turned off all the dining room lights and all who were there
were treated to a beautiful sight. The golden light of the moon
reflecting on the waters of the Big Lake was truly magical. Thanks
for a memory none of us will ever forget, Harbor Haus staff!

Hey, pasty.com poster ***Heikki****, if you're reading this, can
you shoot me an e-mail? I'm related to your sister's husband and
would like to connect!
- and if anyone knows Heikki, can you contact him for me and give
him the message?
Thanks!

I love art festivals and craft events...I would love to go, but it would be almost 600 miles from Lansing. I just found the info on the internet. You go for me. I especially like watercolors.
