One of my favorite Guest Gallery Albums is from Debra McCumber, with an extensive variety of scenes from all seasons around the U.P. This photo brought back memories of "camping out", and the the way it feels when you wake up in the morning.

Awww! Thanks everyone for such fun comments! I was suprised to see a picture of mine on the Pasty Cam today since I haven't been so good at uploading my photos lately. Now that we live up here (Norway/Iron Mountain area) I have a bazillion more pictures to share.

Sur5er - I know..Abbi grew up way too fast. She weights about 85lbs now! We take her everywhere with us and she just loves it.

This picture was taken on Memorial Weekend of 2006 at Hurricane River Campground. It is one of our favorite spots in the U.P.

I love camping too. Only I like doing it in a motel room. Lying on the ground with creepy crawlies doesn't do it for me. Hats off to those who love it though. I wish I liked it but I don't.

We finally got some much needed rain last night. We got nearly 2". Now it's just terribly hot and muggy. Our power was out for about 8 hours.
