It was 54 degrees eight years ago and Michigan Tech was just starting on the Rozsa Center for the Performing Arts. The concert hall seats 1,200, the lobby is stunning, especially at night with all that glass, and there are rehearsal rooms for instrumental and choral groups. It has been a great addition to the Tech campus.

If you haven't ordered your Pasty Cam calendar yet, now's the time. They are available -- and there is free shipping if you order with pasties. Don't get stuck without your Christmas pasties :-)

Happy Anniversary, Maggie!
It's been an amazing week up here, bright sunny WARM days, bad tracking for the hunters, though. Had to go out and try to get some freighter photos but my talents and camera aren't up to the challenge. I need something my shakes won't influence - a remote trigger, perhaps?

Richard L.,

A tripod, landscape mode and the self timer should help you out if you are using a digicam.

How about those Menominee Maroons! They will have a happy ride home!

By Ray Laakaniemi (Rlaakan) on Saturday, November 25, 2006 - 07:33 pm:

Charles in Esky, thanks for turning me on to the Maroons. I love to watch single wing but even more I love to watch outstanding execution. That is the way football ought to be played.
