We start out today's review of the past 19 years with a look at the Copper Harbor Lighthouse, snapped in 2002, by Nancy Nelson. From the looks of the ice still on shore there, it must have been a late spring that year.

Same situation back in 2014, too, maybe even more ice and snow in this shot at McLain Park, taken by Dorothy Jamison. If you look to the right of Dorothy's Godson, you can see the Keweenaw Waterway Upper Entrance Light. It sure looks like Lake Superior is still encased in ice and snow there, too.

We had reports over the weekend that Eagle River Falls in full flowage. Our video from JMart was actually captured mid-April last year, and we're told the rush is just as intense at the present time. That's a lot of water pouring over those falls!
