The end of August is here already, also signaling the end of summer. In our long standing Pasty Cam tradition, we take this last day of the month to pause and remember those loved ones and friends that have gone on before us. Today we hold the following in our thoughts:

What a beautiful sunset picture. Oh...I had no
idea that Dr. Baron had passed away. He was one
of the nicest doctors I ever had. Sympathy to his
family.

I'm remembering a young woman that I came to know
through Mary Kay products. She was one of the
most beautiful people, inside and out, with a very
deep faith. It helped her through the last 3
years when she was suffering with cancer. She
rests with Him now, pain free. But she's left a
huge void here for the rest of us. RIP, Stacey!!

Remembering my mother, Dorothy Utzman. She was a wonderful and caring person. She is sorely missed. But I'm sure she is happy to be with Dad (Al) again. Love and miss you both

Remembering Florence Peterson of Aura, who passed away a week and a half ago. She was our up north neighbor and a sweetheart! Always came to our s'mores parties at our cottage on the shore of Keweenaw Bay.

Remembering our daughter Dana Wade.
She died on Sunday,August 21st. She was a joy and a comfort to
her father and me, and I can't believe someone so vibrant and full
of life has left us. She will be sorely missed by her brothers and
sister and by her friends and by us,her Dad and Mom.

In memory of Dusty, our blue heeler, who died in 1987.

I have to add our dog, Maddie. She was our
faithful companion for 12 years and we just
couldn't stand to watch her suffer anymore. Love
her forever.
